What a beautiful 4 hour adventure this was!! The hike was long but we did stop ever so often to regain stamina and strength and refresh ourselves with water and food. There are no trash bins around so please pick up after yourselves and maybe bring a bag or trash bag. We did not plan this hike at all but it’s a hidden gem and a nice little getaway from the city mess. There are different types of terrain, rocky, sandy, steep, etc. The Colorado River was also very beautiful, as we were not prepared we obviously didn’t have any water shoes on hand so getting into the river bed barefoot did hurt a little but it was beautiful nonetheless. The park has a ton of different trails, some easier than others. They also have tons of activities that we will have to check out later!! I got some amazing photos but pictures do not do the park justice, the smells, the views, the sound of the tall trees swaying with the wind. I recommend this park to anyone looking for a fun hike!

Such a great place to get away from the city and enjoy natural. Lots of trails and scenic views, hike along the Colorado River and see a lot of different beautiful plants. There was more to do but didn't get a chance to do it, def going back soon and stay the night and enjoy all the activities there have to offer. Saw deer, rabbit, lots of grass hoppers, other insect's and a snake.

A variety of nice trails, some equistrian. Beautiful view of the Colorado River if you take that route. None of the trails are difficult, but several offer a good workout. Restrooms available. 5 entrance fee per person, with cards accepted.

Well marked trails of varying difficulty along a gorgeous portion of the Colorado River. Offers excellent hiking/biking trails with the option for some horse trails. Great park for the avid birdwatcher and great for sightseeing.

Beautiful well kept trails and loving water spot! Had the place to myself for my morning hike, so peaceful!! Can't wait to come back when it warms enough to swim!
