Well, I would like to say it was good, but it was coloured by the fact that, as a lady of certain years and medical requirements, I needed to go to the toilet( with me there all you Tenaladies and gents?) and was told, very politely, that the loos were closed and nothing could be done. Unfortunately my medical emergency pee card was at home, so, back to the car and wait to be driven home. Very uncomfortable and upset. I understand the need for care and safety, but supermarket looks are open, so why not Brico Depot?

Absolutely hopeless. Provided a list of exactly what kitchen units I needed, complete with a french translation along side. The woman kept looking at my kitchen plan on the next page. Ended up.with a pile of doors and no carcases. went back to the store again for the carcases along with drawer fronts that I didn't ask for.had to go back to the store to return them and get a credit. Just got home and unloaded, only to find they gave me the wrong colour doors. I give up. The Last kitchen I bought there, they changed the range during lockdown and.left me short of one door on my new kitchen ! Never again. I have another kitchen yet to build but I think I might just go elsewhere.

Website states items are available, confirmation at order states the itemsxare available, when being collected or being delivered items missing and when queried told not available. Very poor customer service.
