I have both purchased and sold a house through Peter Ball Estate Agents. One both occasions I had the pleasure of dealing with Erica Edwards and Hannah Dawson. Both are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They always kept me updated on progress, always responded immediately to any questions and were supportive and calm during a process that was taking place across the world (I live in NZ). I can only highly recommend these agents and would recommend to anyone seeking an excellent agent.

Good experience - professional people, who were pleasant to deal with, reacted swiftly to my questions and kept me informed of what was happening during the lengthy process between accepting an offer & completing the sale. And also gave prompt clear Covid related advice for viewings. It took a long time to get a buyer but I've no reason to think that was Peter Ball's fault. The only reasons I haven't given 5 stars is a) me having to chase for feedback (1 of which was significant to me) and b) overhearing some of the commentary given by the agent showing one couple around, which was incorrect. To do with where my garden boundaries were (they weren't obvious). I think it was because I was registered with Charlton Kings office, but viewers also came via the Leckhampton & central Cheltenham offices and perhaps the various agents hadn't read all the details. 1 piece of feedback from a viewer suggested to me that misunderstandings over boundaries had happened before.
