I started Pilates with Emma a few months ago. She adapts her classes to your ability but also gently pushes you to get the most from the class. She mixes things up with different equipment so you progress and don't get bored. I have attended Zoom and face to face sessions when Covid lockdown have allowed and she really knows her stuff, including sports massage. Highly recommended.

I have been attending Emma's pilates classes for several years. As well as finding the classes enjoyable I have really benefitted physically and mentally from attending. Pilates has kept my back strong and free from pain and prevented me from developing a frozen shoulder twice! Emma is friendly and approachable and will adapt to work at your level. She is an excellent pilates teacher who always keeps up to date with the latest developments in the health and fitness world and incorporates this into her classes keeping them fresh and interesting. Highly recommended.
