This was my first visit to one of the Turmeaus shops,and I wasn't disappointed. The shop itself is a delightful environment with lots of character. On entering the shop I was met by Callum,a very pleasant and knowledgeable chap. He suggested various different brands i had not tried. With his help, I left a very happy chappie,with my new stash of cigars. Excellent service,and well worth popping in.

Absolutely fabulous cigar and whisky shop! Superb selection of both Cuban and New World Cigars all kept in perfect condition. They also have a good tasting lounge for Cuban Cigars 12 seats, also bar area for tasting new world cigars. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. When I’m in Chester I always pop in to stock up on some fine cigars and also sample a Cuban in there tasting lounge. You won’t be disappointed in this place. They also have cigar shops/lounge in Knutsford, Liverpool, London. (I also think Norfolk)
Visited Turmeaus twice over this weekend and was blown away by the kindness and knowledge that the staff here provide . First day I purchased some cigars and was served by a lovely young lady who helped me find what I wanted and got me connected to their WiFi to get my Cgars wish list up . Today I went back with my wife to get a new meerschaum pipe and some tobacco where I met Callum (who’s videos on YouTube solely on there own got me into pipe smoking) . His kind and attentive nature paired with what I can only describe as a seemingly endless knowledge of the products they offer , and how he also got my wife involved and talking to her really made the whole experience one we will never forget . I hope Cgars and Turmeaus are proud to have staff like Callum and the Chester team as they , for me personally have been the highlight of my year . Hope to visit for many years to come !
Dear god this place is beautiful. This is one of the most stunning cigar shops I've ever seen. The architecture is incredible. The selection of cigars are vast and the staff are some of the best in the industry. Turmeaus is the only company that seems to get it right regardless of where they're located. I was happy to buy a bunch of cigars from them and the sampling even they had was so much fun. Seriously if you enjoy cigars get yourself down to one of the events cause you will love it. Best cigar company in the country!
