I had a glass living room table top for 35 years that was still in good condition when I decided to replace it with a different size. The half-inch table top I got from Boston Glass Group was beveled and had square corners that have all chipped in the first year of use. I assume this is from the vacuum cleaning hose. I don't know if rounded corners would also have chipped but definitely don't buy square cornered glass.

I purchased a picture framing business in Brookline 18 months ago and inherited the former owner's relationship with Tom Dickhudt and Boston Glass Group. Although, I already had a long-standing relationship with a mirror guy in Boston, I decided to give Tom a try. I am glad I did! Tom has proven to be a reliable, responsive business partner. He gets back to me on the same day when I request a quote. He tells me when to expect delivery and always follows through. He always delivers a quality product, and if there is a problem Tom steps right in to correct any problem. Attached is a large framed mirror project that Tom and his team helped me with. I couldn't have done it without them! These guys are the real deal!

These guys were excellent. I needed glass doors replaced and they provided a quick, competitive quote and the install went great. You can see these guys have a passion for what they do and a care for the quality of work. I would highly recommend for anyone that needs glass work done in the Boston Area.

We ordered a \u003e5K glass door from them, and the logo on the door was misaligned. There was no proof prior to printing. Tom did give us a discount and we paid another 1.3K to have the glass door with aligned logo replaced. The now newly replaced glass door again had issue closing and stainless steel hardware was damaged during the door replacement process. Fortunately, Tom sent his team again the following day to fix the issue. I suggested potential buyer to ask for proof before printing on the door as it was a very expensive and time consuming process to fix. I must say Tom did try his very best to fix the problem. He did stand behind his work, and I thus gave his company a 3.5 stars, but I do believe all these issues are preventable if he only accepts PDF or TIFF files (not .ppt, as it can misalign if one opens the files with different versions of ppt and slide scale) for the logo and provides customer with proof prior to printing. Who will be happy to pay 1.3K more and undergo all these headaches to have a door installed? Tom said he will return to replace the damaged stainless steel hardware.
