Chic Retreats organised our holiday to Florence, Italy. We were blown away by how amazing they were. They worked very hard to get us short-notice flights at decent times, and arranged our top professional and friendly driver from the airport and hotel and back again. The hotel was absolutely incredible. We were also given a special unexpected trip to a world famous perfumery. If I could add another star to my rating I would! Special thanks to Anna Dixon.

Wonderful service. Reservation agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful selection of hotels and villas available to choose from. Will most certainly be back for our next family holiday.
