Its funny leaving a review about a storage unit, you would think that is all about the size and cost of the unit but not in this case.( cost and unit was spot on by the way ) Matt and his team made it a real pleasure to do business with Lok'nStore. I've never come across such amazing and friendly customer service. We only had a unit for a few months but we were always greeted with our 1st names and a few/many kind words. Don't settle for anything less peeps, store with the best.

Leaving this review a bit late as it slipped my mind. The two men that were on shift when I put my stuff in the locker and when I took it out were incredibly helpful and kind, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. How they could remember details about me and my life from 5 months previous is just incredible to me. I don’t often leave reviews but I had such a good experience at Lok-N-Store that I feel inclined to leave this one. Unfortunately I can’t remember the two guys’ names which I feel awful for, but the date of collection for me was the 9th of September if you can figure out who it was from that, give these guys a raise!! Edit: From looking at previous reviews with my memory jogged, I believe it was Matt and Rob. This could be wrong but regardless, thank you ever so much!
