One of the members of staff in this branch is unaware of the need (and law) for people to wear masks in shops. When I politely pointed out to this staff member that another customer did not have a mask on, she made it clear she didn't care and then mumbled something about me having an attitude!! I appreciate that not all people are able to wear masks, for various reasons, but for a shop worker to be unaware of the law, and to condone a customer not wearing one, without even politely asking them to, is only helping to spread the virus. I shan't shop there again.
