My wife and I couldn't recommend Caroline and the Harvey Jones team more. The design service offered by Caroline was exceptional and her knowledge and expertise has helped us to realise our dream kitchen. It was a fantastic experience working with Caroline on the design features and she was very patient with us as we changed our minds repeatedly and directly contradicted ourselves on even the simplest decision from one meeting to the next! The kitchen has only been installed a matter of weeks, but needless to say we're over the moon. The service from everyone we encountered was first class from start to finish, and each tradesman gave us such peace of mind with their demeanour and the exceptional quality of their work. Particular thanks to Gary for fitting the kitchen with such precision and attention to detail, and to Peter for painting it like it so flawlessly. We're looking forward to many years of happy cooking (and drinking) in our kitchen and that's all thanks to Harvey Jones. We wouldn't change a thing.

Our kitchen project with Harvey Jones Chislehurst has just completed and we are delighted with the finished product. We worked with Amy who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout and clearly knew her stuff. We originally thought the room was going to be a challenge to install a kitchen in, and we had never been through this process before, but the patience and professionalism shown by the team at Harvey Jones has been excellent throughout. Everything has been so carefully and thoughtfully designed from the quality of the cabinetry to the beautiful paintwork and the end result is stunning. Amy also liaised with our builders directly and did many more site visits than we ever expected - she truly showed she cared. I can't comment on the long term life of the kitchen as it's only just finished but there is a 10 year guarantee so that gives me peace of mind. The workmen were also excellent throughout (old school types who have years of experience) so I'd be surprised if there are any issues. If you're looking for a high quality finish that's built to last, excellent customer service and peace of mind, then you really can't go wrong with Harvey Jones. A note on prices, they are not the lower end but nor are they anywhere near the highest. We also took advantage of a sale discount and a 12 month no payment plan at 0% interest, so the options are there. We did speak to other companies but their service was terrible hence why we looked elsewhere, and I'm glad we did!

It took us a long time from our initial consultation to final kitchen completion. Almost a whole year, (this was down to us and COVID 19 didn’t help...) but in that time our designer Amy was always enthusiastic and professional. Nothing was ever too much for her and she answered our many many questions without any complaints. We are so happy with the kitchen, there were a few snags with the delivery but Amy was on site to sort them all out quickly and efficiently. Even throughout lockdown Harvey Jones supported our project. We are extremely pleased we chose to go with them and would highly recommend.

I have just read the other negative reviews and they completely echo my experience in Harvey Jones Chislehurst. I was attended by an Italian sales assistant who was completely uninterested in giving me a quote for a kitchen. It was an incredibly awkward and uncomfortable experience and I felt he had made a snap decision about me and my budget, and didn't consider me worth wasting time on. I'm embarrassed to admit I then found myself stooping to somehow proving him wrong by showing him my arquitectural plans for the kitchen extension... (not proud of this) I tried to book him in for a kitchen design session but he was apparently 'busy' in the near future and, also apparently the computer was broken so he couldn't book me in (!) I made him take my details as I refused to be shamed out of the door, and Harvey Jones have not been in touchl. I can't fault the guy on the sales spiel as it was very good, and had me considering buying a similar kitchen, but suffice to say, Harvey Jones will not be the provider.
