for a manga cafe, really not that bad. free ice cream was a nice touch. however, English support isn't the greatest so remember your basics for getting by.

The service and prices are very good! I've been in a couple of net cafes and this is the best one!
Good internet cafe.
Price is reasonable. Good selection of drinks and manga. Though there is a registration fee of 200 yen. Not worth it unless you visit often.
A little too warm and stuffy for my liking. Otherwise, staff are very helpful and this place offers good selections of manga, drinks and snacks.
