He helped a cycle tourist in need today! My pedal broke and i was basically stranded, he made an exception to see me (there's a booking system i was unaware of) which im very grateful for and only asked that i donate a tenner to charity. Thank you Chris, you're awesome :)
Chris is an exceptionally nice guy, that clearly takes huge pride in his craft and is passionate about providing a 10 out of 10 service. Recently my bike was making clunky noises while peddling. He identified the issues and explained to me in detail what they were and then fixed them promptly. The bike is now like a new bike. To add to this, he is very personable - I will continue to use Chris for any servicing or repairs that are needed with my bicycle. What a top guy!
Chris was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. I am so pleased to get the bike I really wanted thanks to Chris. He also helped out with the delivery.
I came on a little half term holiday and found that my brakes weren’t working. I emailed Chris on the Sunday as storm Dennis hit and he was super quick to get back to me! We arrived on the Monday after following the yellow signs. Chris was on hand to help!! Thanks so so much Chris we are excited to get out and about!! We even got some eggs!! Belting!!!!
