Impossible to get through to them, phones are a bunch of miss mass messages. Seems to be every person in the land needs to use, making it a pointless service except for those that have hours and hours to hold and follow up huge amounts of emails and miss calls. Brilliant that people volunteer, maybe they should get paid and put some standards in place? It's not a criticism, just making people already in despair even more frustrated and upset. Sorry!

Had some very good advice here regarding mis-sold product and after speaking to them was able to use the correct words to the seller to get an immediate refund for the item.

When you first go to these people with a problem they are eager to help but when you have to go and get some form of paper work or what ever you then try and call them you can't get though you keep trying to get though for weeks nothing then the letters start coming saying if we don't hear from you by xxxx date then we will assume you no longer need our help and will close your account What a bloody joke
