First time that we have used this website for our Real Xmas tree, and we was certainly not disappointed, The tree came and it was a beautiful shape with full bushy branches definitely worth the money! Great, reliable delivery service as well, I especially like the fact you could pay with cash on the same day as delivery, great service all round. Thankyou guys and Merry Christmas

Received the most beautiful tree from Manchester christmas trees today. Our second year ordering from them, both times we've had a great service and a lovely tree. I contacted the company two times via what's app messanger and they were very responsive. From order to us doing our final touches of decoration the experience was perfect, easy and delightful. The delivery men rang the door bell and allowed plenty of time for us to answer and were very cheerful and polite. Thankyou manchester christmas trees!!
Absolutely no communication on the days leading up to delivery. Whatsapp was dead, no response from instagram or email, no one picked up the phone. Tree was delivered in a pretty rushed manner with no estimate on time, wreath which had been already ordered never turned up and was simply told \we ran out\. If you are taking people's money at least make to order. Lastly was the insult of getting a 10 refund for a wreath purchased at 15. Avoid these guys. Wouldn't pay 75 for this service again.
EDIT: See original Review Below. Following this review the company reached out to me and a refund was issued. Allegedly there was a technical issue that stopped the refund from being processed. I am glad they have resolved this issue now. However, I am still disappointed that it had to require me leaving a review for the company to contact me and not reply to my messages. As such I have amended the stars from 1 to 3. Original Review: Shocking customer service! Not providing a refund or even answering my calls now. Had a tree delivered by this company on the 28th November. Once we unwrapped it, 100s of needles fell to the ground and the base of the tree was brown. Contacted the company they initially told me that this happens when you first get a tree (never had it before, ever). After sending them photos they then agreed that the tree needed replacing. However, they could only offer a date later the following week. I wasn't available due to work, so I requested a refund that they agreed to in writing (via what's app). It's been over a week now and no refund has been given and they are now not answering my messages or calls.
Fantastic communication, fantastic service and fantastic Quality Tree! definitely coming back next year! I was a little nervous ordering our office tree online without physically seeing it first. Having read reviews and looked at photos of previous customers I took a punt. Their customer service was fantastic and answered any questions I had quickly and informatively.
