仙台の焼肉チェーン店の牛たん料理業態。九州で例えると焼肉なべしまみたいなチェーン店。 しかし牛たんは厚切りで柔らかくて美味しいです。付け合せの辛子味噌もご飯にぴったり。 また、同じ仙台の牛たん料理チェーンの利休とは違ってテールスープにきちんと肉の塊が入っています。入口が小さいので頭をぶつけないよう注意です。
