I used City Binders recently for a mixture of books and reports and found them to be exceptional in terms of customer service and performance. Would recommend them to anybody looking for top class binding services.
Sent in my work to be printed by the scheduled date. They are a day late with finishing it and when I questioned them on why it was later than the deadline there was no answer of my question. Terrible service. And even when I went to submit my document for printing and binding, the website was not processing so I had to email the instructions. I do not recommend. A printer who cannot honor their agreed deadline is not someone to trust with your business.
