I trust this business. The staff are very nice and was happy enough to help. I loved the gentleness. I sold my high-tech items here for sale or public auction what I no longer wanted to intend to have for cash no more, of the amount of money of what they would only be able to offer to you, as your money-back guarantee. I only pop into the stores like these ones to buy anything from them the best way, as it's better and safe that way. I'm sensible, real and no joke.

Went in for a tablet but it had not been wiped said they would ring me when it was done 4 weeks later no call sold it to some one else
Avoid the Cleethorpes store for a while. Bad staff so risky buying. I bought a laptop over the internet (their store is on ebay). It wasn't as described but when I tried complaining I got various emails back about the staff member's \25 years experience\, conspiracy theories about Lenovo, and I was called idiculous\ for expecting them to check an item before putting it in a box to send. When I complained to head office they refused to deal with 'store complaints'. This was a simple complaint with a simple solution. So if you buy something that has a more complicated issue - good luck.
