The guy came out, 3 other companies couldnt figure out what was wrong, and this guy couldnt either, HOWEVER, he was honest and took his time to try and dignose and WHAYEVER he did, my heat is still working, highly recomended.

I would recomend Brooklyn Heatingn to anyone in need of service for heating or air conditioning. I can not express how great this company and the technicians are. From my first call speaking with Patti I knew I was in great hands. Rockey, Six and Tom are the best. I needed a new furnace because I trusted a friends referal in july to install a new furnace and air conditioner. Needless to say it was bad. I called Brooklyn heating and the next day They came out. I truly believe they had so much compassion for me with what I was dealing with and the tempratures getting colder they put a new furnace in within days. This was a very expensive lesson I learned. My fight to get my money back from the first furnace is just starting. If you want it done right. Call Brooklyn heating.
Excellent service!! I am a firm believer of time is money and money is time. Contacted them at 9am and by 10am the tech had arrived and resolved the issue. Thanks for the prompt and great service Patty (receptionist) and Ron (service tech)!!! Highly recommended
My inducer motor went out, I called them at 4 am and got an answer right away. They came out about 9ish and had the motor installed within 20 mins. The guys and Patty were very friendly and professional! They're price was very affordable and they came out to Maple Heights. Thank you! And they have a customer for life now!
