ladies were so incredibly rude. the first lady I had looked like a child and she walked off and left me, so she could do her own nails. second lady was going between me and my best friend. the price list said an infill would coast 35 but I got charged 50. I asked why and I got told because I had a nail replaced which cost 5 and gel costed extra. I didn't get told that any of this cost extra and how much!! the nail I got replaced is heaps longer then the others, with I'm not happy about. won't be coming back, very angry. ill be taking my money and going else where next time!!! oh and the whole time the workers where doing there own nails or each others instead of there clients, not very professional

2 months ago i come here for a manicure. I was cut multiple times then told it was my fault after. my fingers hurt all night to night after. i waited an hour past my booking time and they had one lady doing both mine and my sisters nails. it was rushed, uneven, over priced, unprofessional, painful and extremely rude ladies giving service. i have never been treated more poorly in the three years i’ve been getting my nails done. i cant stress this enough. please don’t spend your money here!!!! as i stated this was two months ago and some came off so quickly but there is 3 nails i have tryed everything to get them off and they will not come off. this has completely turned me off nails

I have now visited this salon twice and the ladies are so lovely. I am especially happy and so thankful on my second visit as the lady fixed my very painful nail from a broken acrylic that I had left too long. She was so careful, understanding and knew exactly how to best resolve my very painful broken nail and was not hurrying this issue either. She took a great amount of time and care in doing my nail refill and I am so thankful for her wonderful job and to not be worrying about my very painful finger anymore! Thank you

WORST salon I have ever been to. I have a bleeding finger from the lady being so damn rough with the drill. Got charged 70 instead of 55 AS IT SAYS ON THE SIGN. She was so rough and was pulling at my fingers. Waited 2 hours for basic nails. I WILL NEVER spend my money here ever again. Please go anywhere but here

Booked in on a Sunday at 10am and waited outside for about 30-40 minutes before a local told my mother and I that they decide not to open their shop on a Sunday.

Partner waited over a 30 minutes after I had a appointment booked and then sat there with nails half done for a hour, got over charged 20 dollars and had false/misleading advertising, was rough and glued nails to skin and no hygiene being practiced. This was on the 1st of October 2020 DO NOT GO HERE !!
