After making my order i received an email stating that due to COVID it could take up to 14 for dispatch. After 14 days i received no information regarding postage as stated in the email. I messaged colourcraft who replied 2 days later that it's actually 2-4 weeks for dispatch. I wasn't happy with this but there's not alot i could do about it. I messaged again after 4 weeks for an update, my messages were read and totally ignored. The acrylic paint i ordered finally arrived today and is unfortunately unusable, it's like water. Metallic acrylic paint is always very thick when purchased anywhere else. I've ordered from other UK stores throughout this pandemic and always received my paint orders within a week so unsure why it's over 4 weeks with this firm.
This is the go to-place for all of my art equipment brilliant.
Great for Brusho products. Fast and efficient service. They do notify you if there are delays with despatch etc. Products are good quality and very affordable compared to other high street retailers and even Amazon.
