I've had better but it was still good. Veggies were fresh, rice was good, meats(scallops and chicken) were good. Chicken was dry. Sauce could have been less peppery. There was a lot of course pepper in the meat. Salad was just processed lettuce with watery dressing. Clear soup hot and flavorful. My kid loves the boba teas.

Before I start: My friends own this place, but this review will be without bias. A1 is a great place to sit down and eat. It needs work, but a lot of places do. This place is always calm, and you get your food fast. The Chen family will take amazing care of you. They've made sure I ate and had a place to go when I went through some rough times. They'll do their best to take care of you too. I, as a paying customer, have no complaints. This place is charming.
We love take out from this restaurant. We dined in recently, and the service was not great. The food was fantastic as usual. If they could get on par with both, I could give more stars!
This is the absolute worst teriyaki chicken I've ever had in my life. I have not eaten here in years. I never will never eat here again, wish I felt like driving back to get my money back. I do not recommend this restaurant.
I've never written a review before but A1 disappointed me to the point of needing to write a review. I have worked in the service industry for 10 years and know how busy it can get and what it's like to work while understaffed, that being said my husband and I placed an online order for 1 order of Gyoza, sweet potato maki, mixed veggie maki, Spanish Volcano, and a rainbow maki. we ordered about 2 hours before closing the online order said it would be ready at 8:00 we received a call from them saying it would be ready around 8:30, no problem, I showed up at 8:30 and from what was visible from the front there was 1 table for the Hibachi and two tables in the main dining area, not a packed place by any stretch took about 15 minutes for anyone to ask me about an online order didn't ask for my name or anything then about 20 minutes in a woman asked about the ticket on the table that was being worked on which was not my order I told her that it was online and what it was for and that I had been waiting an extra 20 minutes and she just walked away saying \we've been busy\ finally after waiting 30 minutes at the restaurant total I received my order and walked out. I was blown off and there was no remorse for my wait or compensation or anything of customer service offered they simply didn't care because \they were busy\ we not be returning
