On an occasion I had to inquire about some law about juvenile codes and they were very helpful in educating me about dynamic elements in the situation. Some people care enough to educate others about these things. This person was one of those. Thanks.

Either the office phones are flawed or I was dealing with someone that gets away with treating people that call in in a rude manner. I just got hung up on for the second time in 5 minutes. First time I called inquiring about a court date, she hung up on me. I called back and said she hung up. She denied it. Her tone was as if I was bothering her. She acted as if I never called and then asked me questions told me she couldn't hear. When I spoke up so she could her acted as if she was trying to calm me down. All I wanted to know is when I needed to show up in court. As a customer service representative, I expected much more from a clerk of the judicial system. I was shocked to be treated in this manner. When I asked to speak to someone else she wouldn't let me. I questioned if I failed to communicate effectively. However this was not the case. I have come to the conclusion that this is how this clerk treats people. I still don't have a date.
