Yesterday, my family and I went to the Infinity of Coral Gables Dealership for the first time. I can’t say enough positive things about the entire staff. First, let me begin with the best salesman we’ve ever dealt with and that is Julian. He is your guy to go to. He’s very knowledgeable and his calm demeanor made the whole process so smooth. He never made us feel pressured or rushed when we were making our decision on buying a preowned vehicle. He ever ordered us one of the best tasting pizza’s we’ve ever had! Secondly, the general sales manager, Sergio was the nicest and most fair person we’ve ever dealt with. He really went out of his way to help us obtain my car. Overall, we had the most positive experience in all of our dealings with dealerships. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. We are definitely going to come back to purchase future cars from them.
