Well we really had a very pleasant buying experience on our 2020 Dodge Ram EcoDiesel 3.0, but with all this cold weather that we usually do not get, we have a new truck sitting in our carport that we can not drive. They failed to go over the block heater!! It has one but the cord did not come with it! We have no way to warm the block! Someone should have been knowledgeable enough to think of that! This is our first diesel so we had no idea!

Jessica and the mechanics at Brinson did me right. Stranded in the area overnight and had to have my Hummer towed in to a shop near a hotel(how convenient!). Not a vehicle they normally wld work on but they got me in and fixed right up in the morning. Excellent service with a smile. Thanks folks!
