One of the most shameful places I have worked in my life. You work your arse off for the company so the will keep you on then they get rid of you with no notice at all to get another job. And keep the people who are constantly on their mobile phones while on the center floor which is a joke. No matter what you do for the company you don’t get a thank you they don’t appreciate it.

Absolutely shameful level of customer service provided in answering enquiries related to the Home Office Visa and Immigration, which is quite shocking gave the contract to handle their customer service this ludicrous company! I needed help in navigating the website and finding some info but after been charged 5.48 for email \assistance\ and receiving 5 totally useless replies with unrelated answers I had to find the info myself and found it coincidentally on the same website those people should have helped me avigate\. Sent them proof of this and asked for my money back as no sevice was provided but only got other 5 useless replies and no money back...till now. I have opened a formal complaint with the Home Office and will go all the way to my MP if need be as this is just ridiculous and quite frankly a scam. I would like someone from this company to take responsibility and look into the \quality\ of service they provide

Miele calls are handled by this company and good luck getting your warranty cancelled easily, because the call handlers sound as though they are on commission. Got it cancelled, although not before being constantly asked why I wanted to cancel it and then the call handler (Julie) trying to talk me out of cancelling and then being put on hold. it would have been easier and cheeper to cancel the DD, I wouldn’t have had to pay for the phone call.
