Top Staff and service
I have to say I went in to Blum base today 21/10/17 . To get a new membrane for the toilet flush which they had just ordered. So to help me out until it had come in . The young man and lady went to get me some plastic sheet to use to get me bye . Well done to the plum base staff . Went well out of the way to help me thank you so much .
Was looking for a spare part for a mixer shower and had the misfortune to deal with the most unhelpful, arrogant & rude man I have met in a long long time! Did not guvg me a chance to really speak or explain what I was looking for before shrugging his shoulders several times and telling me he could not help. His whole attitude was condensing and rude, I can only think it was because I am a woman as a blokw would not have put up with it! I left store but was so angry I returned within a few minutes to complain to the manager. Manger was far more helpful even though the could not supply the part but at least spoke decently to me. The manager apologised and said he would speak to the member of staff. I have previously spend hundreds of pounds here when I had a bathroom make over but this has put me right off returning in the future. Seriously this man needs training in customer services skill or the sack as no way would I go back and I will be telling others about my experience.
