I came to Pilot to get fuel and I had only 20 minutes extra on my e-log. After this so called \teacher\ fuelled this truck with his student, without moving truck to the front, they both went inside for 10-15minutes while another 6-7 trucks been waiting. Before teaching to someone something please learn some basic respect to others. That's happened afternoon on 02/13/17 in Joliet, IL
Really poor communication. Will lie to your face about the services they provide. Still waiting for a call from management. Will not use this company at all.
All of the staff from the classroom to the yard are great! Doc, Lorie, Mark, Jim & Duck are the dream team. Listen to them and you will pass!
