Had to collect an item the day before the latest lockdown started. Really impressed by the service and price. I pulled into a bay, opened my boot, opened a link on my phone and they loaded everything into my car. Great social distancing and a great price. Being a boxed product made by a different company means I am commenting purely upon the collection service. Thank you.

Good parking space. Covid entry procedures. Ample of electronics in store. Staff are trying to be helpful but could do more. Went in to pick up soundbar which they did not have stock despite website said this store did. Picked up another small item but tills took ages to move queue.

Did an online purchase with a car-based click and collect. Excellent. We saw the man who put our purchase in the back of our car but never came close to him. Also, what we bought was excellent value for money, we couldn't match it elsewhere.

Very helpful service in general. There is a nespresso shop inside with an extremely nice sales person (forgot his name but he's a part time actor), who was very patient with us. During covid pickup was a little slow but the manager (tall blonde woman) was very polite and quick to help once she got to us. Will definitely come again

Ordered a washing machine in February. Since day one it has been leaking and destroying our kitchen wood floor. Two engineers called out and said nothing was wrong. We were easily able to find damage. Why is there a no quibble return policy for a certain amount of time. A THIRD engineer is coming to see if there is something wrong... We have insurance and barely owned this machine. It shouldn't take this long to refund an item. NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
