Before we signed up, I know they said they can sign us up for 3 months using their virtual addresses and after this time we would need ring them up to continue using their services. Fast forward months later where we were no longer using their virtual address (so we thought) and they had been sending us threats to the email we no longer used, saying they are taking things to court for missing payments we had no idea about. Even though in their contract it says you need cancel their services, we never got told this on the phone when we spoke to someone. We were told you can use our services for 3 months after this, you would need to ring us up to continue using them otherwise we will be taken off.
Fantastic service, the team are always very polite and courteous when putting calls through - Excellent company and would highly recommend.
