Very happy with the service I received at sky monster. Jake offers friendly advice and was a pleasure to deal with. I ended up buying 3 kites, bar and lines, pump and neoprene beanie and have no regrets. Prices were extremely competitive, I got the best price I could find. I also had a fault with my kite pump which jake had replaced immediately, no problem. Delivery was extremely fast as well, with kites arriving in 2.5 days from Holland. Highly recommended.

I was looking for some advice on my new kite gear. Independent reviews are hard to find, opinions are...only opinions. I asked a question on FB group and Jake (Skymonster) responded with helpful advice, huge knowledge, eagerness to help and great enthusiasm. When you add to that a very sound price for the gear we agreed upon, I just could not resist to place the order. Communication was excellent. Shipment fast. The whole buying experience is just perfect. You hope for such a high standard when buying anything online. I am absolutely satisfied and recommend Skymonster to everybody. I hope to keep coming back to them for more gear in the future.

Great company to deal with who offer a personalised service. I had inadvertently picked the wrong skateboard (discontinued and some quality issues). Jake stepped in, after talking through what I was after, offered personal recommendations. Seamless from purchase to delivery, my son will be thrilled on Christmas Day, really pleased with the board, thank you!
