Jimmy was great! Made it happen for my brother's bachelor party. The Optimus Prime was huge and well worth the price we paid. All eyes on us rolling through Dallas. The courtesy and professionalism we received from Jimmy was on point. Definitely will be using A2Z Limos in the future!

We supposed have had An All Black Wedding. We had ordered and stated in the contract A Rental agreement - Limo Lincoln MKT Stretch BLACK 8 Passenger #10774 9/26.For The Bridesmaids And what was sent to Us? An Old WHITE Scratched Up Dented Lincoln Town .Man I Was Disappointed And Embarrassed.I Did call A2Z for some type of sympathy.I didn't ask for A refund. Because money doesn't make my world turn.NO RESPONSE YET!!..All I'm asking is for An apology from A2Z To my Wife. This was supposed to have been the most special day of her life.Shame On You A2Z.

Complete Lack Service of dealing with POOR WEDDING experience - We rented a 32 person bus for family and out of town guests and a Hummer Limo for our wedding party and us for our recent wedding. We used the Hummer limo for a total of 50 minutes of transport for a 5 hour rental as we were only using it to transport myself, my husband and our wedding party from the church to the reception and then from the reception to the Gaylord Hotel. The Hummer limo had zero power in the back of the vehicle for the transport from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night.... NO LIGHTS, NO AIR, NO RADIO....After spending over 2,000 for the rental of these 2 vehicles we requested that we be refunded 50% of the cost of the limo as 50% of our transport was unacceptable. After a combination of 5 phone calls and emails over 10 days we were offered a refund of one service hour and this is neither fair nor acceptable given the experience we had transporting us and our wedding party following our reception. We will never book with this company again. Would leave zero stars if I could..... In response to your reply - neither the groom or I turned off the power - your driver tried multiple times to get it to come on and this was in front of 10 other members of our bridal party, he had no idea how to resolve. We paid 835 dollars for less than 50 minutes of actual use. We also gracious tipped your driver despite the poor experience because we had to assume it was an issue with the vehicle and didn't want him to be penalized - yet you are penalizing us and not offering a reasonable refund. Dispute has been filed with credit card company as you were given 10 days of opportunity to address.

The OWNER attempted to assault my boyfriend by throwing something at! The milage on the truck we rented was wrong and when my boyfriend tried to explain it the owner he looked up the information saw it was wrong but quickly tried to hide it from my boyfriend ( he of course saw it). Then when he confronted him the manager picked something up as if he was going to throw it at him. Then yelled about not wanting to serve “hoodlums”. Long story short take your money else where!

PRICE SCAM, DANGEROUS and BROKEN vehicles, and SWITCHED OUR LIMOS during our time. Absolute worst experience. I had used this company before and I had no issues. On the next time, Alex gave me a discount on our price. 2 hours before the limo comes, I called and someone else told me a much higher price. When I told him that’s not what I was quoted, he screamed over the phone then hung up on me. I called again and tried to explain and was hung up on again. He threatened to cancel our reservation altogether if we didn’t pay the higher price. Complete and blatant extortion. Also, when we were at dinner our limo bus was switched without telling us (to a smaller limo). Luckily our items were transferred over, but when I called the original driver to get us no answer. No communication at all to let us know. On the new bus, the door did not close. We had to stop on the highway because the door was open and the driver simply said “I’ve been driving for 30 years. The magnet will hold.” This is even after my friend pushed on it and it opened back up again. We all cramped into the back to avoid being near the wind and open door. Like I said, the first time we used this company perfectly fine. Still cannot believe the rudeness and anger from their representative and the threats to not show up 2 hours before. What kind of company hangs up while screaming at clients who have already paid most of the price in advance... I will never be using this company again.
