Sent a missed appointment \fee\ to collections for an appointment I canceled with advance notice. And they sent this YEARS after the appointment. Now have to fight to get this off my credit. Rude office staff that won't help you.

Have not been at all impressed by this practice. Like many, go here for Prep. They are extremely rigid on scheduling/RX sending and you are required to fit very specifically in their timeline if you want your Prep. No exceptions. However, if THEY need to reschedule YOU, it's your responsibility to accommodate them. It has been problematic and they don't seem to care. In addition, while some of their staff are very professional, they have some who are absolutely not. I.e. during my last appointment, the nurse who came and got me from the waiting room was on a personal phone call the entire time and never even interacted with me. Just pointed at the scale or pointed for me to put my arm out for her to take my blood pressure. I think I'm going to find another place in the area.
