This was my first time visiting Teesside Autotech as I'm new to the area and the garage I was using previously didn't specialize in BMWs. My car was having some rough idle and oil pressure issues. TS Autotech ran some diagnostics, found out what the issue was likely to be, and gave me a quote for the work they wanted to carry out. When the work was being carried out, there was a change in pricing for one of the parts, and they phoned to confirm that I still wanted to continue. This was a small gesture but having had garages misquote and change prices without checking with me previously, this was really appreciated. Work started on Monday and the car was fixed and ready to be picked up on Wednesday afternoon, I couldn't fault the service and will be returning if my car has any issues in future!
