Had a collection of old gas bottles made yesterday 14/2/18 from the BR1 3NG area. From the first telephone call last week I have been so impressed. The lady that took the collection request was efficient and very polite. I confirmed again on the 13/2 that the collection was still on track to be made, and again she was efficient and polite. Then the man that did the collection was excellent. What a pleasant, helpful man. I am sorry I didn't get either of their names - they are a credit to your Company!

I know the weather is bad but I ordered on Tuesday for Thursday delivery, got message on Wednesday to say they couldn't deliver on Thursday but woukd be out for Friday. They normally arrive about midday but no lorry, so decided to ring. I am now told that I won't get a delivery till Sunday. Totally unhappy about this as they are a crucial service for those of us who rely on LPG for our heating and hot water. Luckily I do have electric heaters to keep me warm. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and the operative was totally unapologetic. Disgusting service.
