Worst PG accomodation in Raipur area. Poor hospitality, closes before 10:00PM in winters and rainy season and 11:00PM in summer. No privacy for student, owner can come anytime in room for inspection. No use of iron/induction or any electrical equipment. Poor ventilation system. High rent as per the facility, food quality not upto mark. Most IMPORTANT: Refunds will be surely deducted as they have this as a opportunity to earn from the accommodation. Other better PGs : Admire homes, Vikrant PG, Avantika PG, Parathe wali aunty, Sterlin ect. Do not opt for this PG... It su**s Best wishes for your journey at Amity University/HCL. Worst Boys PG in the locality, very dirty looking, unplanned structure, no cross ventilation or even ventilation, dirty unhygienic toilets, dirty beds and services. Owners are non cooperative, money eaters they just find ways to imply fines and make u live in jail. If u think to save money ull end up spend more on medical expenses. Personal friends fierce experience has provoked me to write and save people from getting tangled in the smart manipulating conversations.
It is not a good PG to stay for long term. Owner is money minded and selfish.
No Hospitality. Rooms are very small. You can search for spacious room with ventilation nearby itself with same rent.
Very nice pg and food is best of this pg.... Please Stay here if u want a pg in best price range
