Empire Staple Company is a long time customer of Tebo Store Fixture's. As the General Manager of our company I am responsible for ordering display products and miscellaneous items. On March 26th I went to the store to get some items and found a sign on the door that the showroom was closed due to the virus. The sign read that I could order on line or call my order's in and that it would be shipped to me. I sat in my car to dial the number and Jack a Tebo employee came out to my car and asked what I needed. I told him just 50 sheets of plastic tab hangers. It was only a 75.00 Dollar sell. He told me to hold tight for a minute. Out he comes with the 50 sheet's. Jack went over and beyond customer service that day. He made the added effort to see if he could help me. Thank You Jack and Thank You Tebo for the great customer service!
