The staff at the hospital were so kind and professional. The consultant was very good and easy to speak to . They all made sure that everything went well. Thank you Boothroyd center

Here supporting my customer in her own room. cleaner comes in and nurse then comes in and starts talking between themselves about holidays right in front of my customer as if she didnt exist. I thought I was in the staff room at one point how they discussed holidays and men right in front of me and my customer. Completely blanked us. Disgusting. Also we are expected to wear aprons because of infection control but yet non of the nurses or cleaners are! No.wonder there is always bugs and outbreaks at this hospital!

My mum was on the stroke/neuro ward the ward was dirty. They leave the mouth covers from thermometers in a plastic cup till it's full then remove them. The bins are always over flowing toilets smell of dried wee. Visiting was restricted when I went to see my mum to one visitor and the same visitor everytime. This wasn't the case as a women in my mum's ward had 5 different visitors a week. They would come take the face mask down and kiss the Patient on the lips then sit without a mask on. My mum has now contacted covid while been on this ward and they wonder why when they don't stick to regulations.

Just Ok, a doctor came in to see me while I was breastfeeding, he said he will excuse us but I insisted I will stopped breastfeeding so he can attend to my Baby, he did not listened and he left, it took another two hours for anther doctor to see me. Meanwhile, my Baby was poorly and needed to see a doctor but because I was breastfeeding, it cost us two more hours. It is a shame when doctors encourage you to breastfeed and can't stand to washed you doing it
