I fully recommend Diamond Heaven, they have been so helpful and patient with us the whole time. Especially Antonella the lady who helped us choose our beautiful diamond ring was an angel. Also the quality of their diamonds is incredible and everything is explained with honesty, care and respect. Antonella replied to all the questions we had even after we left and she has the patience of an angel. Definitely go to Diamond Heaven in London their products and services are first class.

Dealt with a wonderful gentleman named Sean today. Spent over an hour on the phone and he was patient, knowledgeable and very kind. Has organised Diamonds and settings for a friend of mine Judy, who he will himself help on Wednesday. Amazing service and I recommend him and Diamond Heaven very highly.

Came here with my fiancé to look at and choose a ring. What was supposed to be a special and fun experience was tainted by the rude person we dealt with, lots of passive aggression and getting annoyed with me that I didn’t have an exact ring style in mind and wanted to look at and try different styles and shapes. Even though we found some lovely options I would never want to spend that sort of money with someone with such bad customer service. We ended up buying the same ring for around 800 cheaper elsewhere (GIA certified) so glad the service put us off.
