Nice friendly welcome and a pleasant friendly place. Menu is quite small but good dishes. There is no weight on the rump or sirloin steaks but when my rump came out it was massive! Well worth the menu price.

Public houses of this calibre help keep community spirit alive , and a definite pit stop for those wishing to experience the comforts and quality of an outstanding local pub. Highly recommended.
We were impressed by this pub. The limited lunch menu was full of tasty treats. The price very reasonable. The food delicious. Excellent pub grub.
Great to be able to visit our local again and enjoy a super dinner. Very well organised for the Covid 19 regulations so felt safe
