My wife bought a washing machine for her mother who is 96 and hard of hearing, she explained this to the manager, and she said she would have to be there when it was delivered. She was told that the delivery would be between 12 and 3pm and she would get a phone call an hour before the arrival. At 3.50 we still hadn't received a call so we contacted the shop to be told it would arrive in 20mins. When it finally did arrive the driver said they had only left the shop 20mins before and the washing machine was loaded onto their van. Will not be using this shop again.
