I paid with credit card and asked the employee to ring up the transaction in but he made a mistake by charging the transaction in . As a result, I was overcharged about 1,79 . The staff told me there's no way to reverse the credit card transaction and asked me to just pick another food item. I ordered what I felt was enough food for me and my girlfriend so I told him I didn't want another food item. After a short conversation with his coworker, he decided to give me a refund in cash of 0,85 . However, I was still shorted a little in change. I know this may seem very petty on my part in turns of the monetary value but I feel that if a business made a mistake they should rectify it immediately and \correctly\ and not some half-hearted sort of way.
The best sushi of Donostia and one of the best I have tasted, and I have travel the whole world. Congratulations Sumo team!
Amazing price quality. The gyozas are incredibly tasty! Yakisoba and miso soup also nice!
