Recently just completed a course with Jenny on birth choices and as first time parents, both me and my partner found it extremely informative and helpful to learn about what choices we have and helping us make informed decisions as to what is right for us and our baby. Jenny is just fantastic! She's so experienced and knowledgable and introduces so many interesting aspects to her classes. I especially love how she tailors the class, and is able to integrate information on pregnancy therapies. Highly recommended!
I really recommend hypnobirthing in general for any type of birth but recommend Jenny in particular - she is so knowledgeable and very lovely - the course she teaches is brilliant.
