Shut the road around us while sat in car without telling us then on trying to leave got a bunch of attitude from douglas borough council workers. Was made to move the cone myself for them to move it back in the way and give me more attitude. Surly it would have been easyier to let us out and just put the cone back, tried calling to complain got sent to doi, doi sent me to highways, called back to douglas corporation. Still havnt managed to put a complaint in. How can a council take no responsibility for there staff like that?

the people working here are horrible and rude no care for any possible business that is going on and have no talent for working with people. no knowledge of anything probably too busy gossiping on facebook to work
The Horse tram appears on the website, and yet it has been closed. Do the council have any other plans to close tourist attractions before our visit in June ?
