Awful customer service- gin hasn’t arrived and on two occasions they promised to get back in touch which they haven’t. Ingrid on the phone has no customer service skills at all! So rude on the phone. Shocking service for a small independent company who you would think would value your customers a little more. Last time I ever buy anything from Shortcross. Buy Jawbox instead.

Had an absolutely fantastic wedding here. Great time. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. By that I mean bar staff and security guards. Not the manager. The manager was keeping people outside under the tarp where they could drink and chat while waiting for dinner. There was a toilet inside the venue where we would have been eating. The manager kept telling people they couldn't go inside but couldn't offer an alternative toilet for everyone. Thank goodness she had little authority about her as everyone just ignored her. They had a licence that wouldn't let them have kids in the venue after 9 o'clock. The manager kept going up to the children telling them to leave causing them to cry to their parents. This was not well communicated. Don't know why the other staff have such good service when their manager doesn't. Change your manager.

Amazing afternoon learning about Shortcross Gin at the Rademon Estate Distillery. It was easy to get down from Belfast by cab. The tour was really informative, the visitors centre is beautiful and the cocktails were just great. Really impressive and so proud this is made just down the road. Thanks!

very nice destillery almost lost in the woods, they don't yet make whiskey (in 2019) but working on it, never the less they make great gin, destillery is run by husband and wife and in shop there works a wonderful friendly lady who gave us tasting of all their samples (even though we came without booking or anything) and told us about making the gin and all the secrets and stories arround the destillery and process
