Alexander was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. If he wasn’t certain about something he was honest about it and always checked and confirmed. Not pushy but very attentive - a rare skill set! Will definitely use them in the future too.

I bought a VW T5 campervan just before lockdown at Thompson Leisure and already have had to replace all four suspension bushes as they were completely cracked. Also, the van speakers have a faulty connection so it's no longer possible to listen to music while driving. Aside from that, the wiper blades were completely worn to the extent that they just smear water round the windscreen making it even harder to see, the passenger side window swtich doesn't work, the gear stick cover fell off, and now I've noticed that the handle on the slide door is very loose and will probably be the next thing to go. I emailed Thompson Leisure about some of these issues and recieved no reply at all. Not what I'd expect for a 30k campervan.
