The restaurants service is so poor! We waited 1hr or more to get our food! And it's not that crowded!

First impressions do count. And that's the reason I picked this place. When I arrived, I wasn't disappointed. The common lounge / cafe is a great place to hang out, over coffee or beer. Besides, there are WiFi and charging portals at every table, so it's very convenient to plug in and zone out in your mobile devices. Having stayed in many guesthouses in Japan, I felt that this place felt a little cold. The staff are pleasant, but not friendly. One of the reasons I enjoy staying in guesthouses is that I could interact with the staff / host, and it makes your stay more meaningful because it makes you feel at home. Don't get me wrong, there are many things to like about this place. That's the reason I chose it in the first place. However, I feel they could work more on the human touch, and being more personable. One more thing to add, I felt the air con in the rooms are way too cold, and because it's central control, there's nothing you can do about it!!! Fortunately, the inside of the capsule is fine.
Very clean cubicle, better than capsule as there's standing room for hanging of clothes. Room is too quiet and any slight noise will be heard. Not too many toilet, only 1 mix toilet and shower room on the 4th floor. Toilet also very clean. Receptionist very polite. Most of the necessities provided except toothbrush and toothpaste.
Excellent place to stay in Tottori. It's walking distance from the train station. The cafe area is very nice, and spacious. Great for getting some work done or having a bite. The capsule beds are nice, clean and comfortable too.
Lovely clean hostel and friendly staff
While the common area was really nice, I can’t say that much of the floors with the capsules. They are small and cramp, and the toilet would really be very busy if the all of the beds were occupied. Also, we can really hear well between the capsule, and because people brings there luggage with them at the bed, the place is more noisy than a hostel with lockers. Also, realize that the 6 beds dorm is just a different row than the 12 beds dors. So it’s basically a 18 beds dorm. The free breakfast is simple but appreciated : good coffee, juice, bread and eggs. The washing machine, for 500 yen wash dry, was very handy. The common area is the best part of this hotel and is very nice. Staff was super friendly too. I would still consider again, but wasn’t the best.
Very clean and hygienic capsule hostel. The staff at front desk is very helpful too and speaks good English. Bathrooms were not very crowded and are very clean. They provide towels every day, hangers, hairdryers, soap and shampoo, cotton puffs and daily breakfast. Washer and dryer available for a small fee as well. Beds are quite wide for a capsule inn, with plenty of headroom. They have lockers below the bed and behind the bed for luggage storage. However, the hostel can get very noisy during mornings, when guests pack their bags to check out.
its pretty normal capsule hotel. they doesnt clean the bed everyday
