Don't buy from this Dealer Bad Costumer service. The sales person that I been working with he only talk to me 1 time the whole process. I been doing all the paper works I called Fremont Dealer to help me with questions because this guy never return a call not even 1 time his name Joseph avoid him. The other person I can't understand his accent and he keep dropping the phone. Go to Fremont better costumer service.

CJ is pretty awesome. Tesla checked out my issues before I left when dropping off the car, indicated they should let me take the car home since it would take a few days to order parts (my car is fine, this is all cosmetic and noise stuff). Honestly pretty impressed, they really made me feel like I was being taken care of.
TLDR: The salesperson is RUDE and with passive AGGRESSIVE manner, wanted me to STOP checking out the car. Tesla car comes with tons of high tech features, so it is not just enough to test drive the car. You want to check out all the feature from the main screen, such air suspension, map feature, etc. In this location, there are MANY models (X, S, Y and 3) for customer to check out. So I checked out the Model X and sit inside the car for about 20-30 minutes to explore all the feature. One thing that Tesla advertised is that the car is \ultra-quiet\. So I want to know how quiet by closing all the doors. This one salesman (he was wearing a hat and a shirt - 10/04/2020 @ 4:00 PM) just came and without talking to me, opened the door and walked away (?!). Why? It's as if he wanted me to to STOP testing the car and be gone. If there's another customer waiting, he can just ask me and I will get out from the car. But he did not and there were MANY other Model X on the lot for customer to test. In the parking lot, you'll see at least 50 model X, S, Y and 3. This turned me off so much I drove to the Tesla Walnut Creek location. The salesperson here is much nicer and allowed me to check out the car as long as I want to.
Everyone is super nice and they answer things to the best of their ability. Ask away and they most likely will give you an amazing answer. It is super clean and nice. The test drive route is also outstanding, it has a little bit of everything, including a place to test that 0-60!
