Called to look at hiring a marquee, First Lady I spoke to was lovely the person I was passed to on the “sales” team had zero customer service, was not welcoming at all, seemed to not need the business with the attitude I received! I was practically dragging information out of him, instead of being open and giving details. Very very rude, I was tempted to cut the call! Absolutely no help! Even at the first attempt to reach him, they asked me to call back without taking any of my details to follow up. I ended up giving my money to another company with better people skills and who are conscious of their customers time! Would and will not recommend to anyone.

What an amazing, professional team and such beautiful marquees. They provided the marquee for our wedding, which was exquisite. The men worked tirelessly with such impressive attention to detail - incorporating a tree inside of the marquee itself. Everything was wonderful; the layout, the PA system, the staging, lighting (both inside the marquee and in the garden), heating, the space for the catering staff, the tunnel to the loo marquee, the smoking gazebo. The entire time we felt we were in such safe hands. It was more than we could have imagined and we received so many compliments from our guests, many saying they did not realise a marquee could look so beautiful. We can’t thank everyone at Henderson Gray enough for all their help and efforts. If only we could do it all over again!
