Impressive service! My daughter found that she’d left her passport in the storage unit in Dundee the day before she was due to travel overseas. A Saturday night and the manager came out at 9pm to let her into the facility. He absolutely refused to take anything for his trouble. Excellent service! Truly impressive. Thank you Mr Neville!

I am storing my things at Kangaroo while I am away for the holidays. The night before my early morning flight I realised I had left my passport in the storage unit. I managed to get in touch with the manager who drove out 40 minutes to let me into the facility. He refused any compensation for coming out. I am so so grateful, I would not have made my flight! Thank you so much Graham!
