Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff including the manager were all absolutely lovely and so friendly! We had a lovely chat and the whole process including the paperwork was thoroughly explained and I was reassured. I had made an appointment to get my nose pierced, and decided to get my second ear piercings as well last minute. The pain was very minimal and I was very well taken care of! Attended for a helix piercing on 2nd September and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Staff are very welcoming, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would 100% recommend this business and attend again not only due to the staff but for the cleanliness and sterile approach they take care of when getting a piece done. They also provide amazing quality of service and aftercare.
Fantastic place for our nervous 6 year olds first ear piercing. Both ladies were very patient, calm and reassuring with her. She left proud as punch and thanks to both ladies for going the extra mile for her to make her feel at ease. Would definitely recommend.
My son and i had an absolutely lovely experience at the shop today. I have been there before, I got my daith piercings done a couple of years back and the hoops changed today, the staff have always been great. Also, last December i was on my way to a Christmas night out and I realised I hadn't put my tunnels in! (Disaster!!!), I gave Karma a call with 2 minutes until the shop closed but despite that, they still told me to come along. Karma sorted me out with a gorgeous new pair of tunnels, even found ones that matched my sparkly rose gold dress, and didn't rush me out the shop and we had a good chinwag. They were so accommodating and I was so appreciative! So when my son said he wanted his ear pierced, Karma was the only place I wanted to take him. He was nervous but was reassured and it was over before he knew it! He is over the moon! Thank you again!
